Spatio-Temporal Synergy between Urban Built-Up Areas and Poverty Transformation in Tibet

Understanding the causes of poverty and identifying transformation characteristics is basis for achieving eradication. In order to clarify availability construction land assessment, this paper explores spatio-temporal synergy between urban built-up areas in Tibet. The following conclusions are drawn: (1) Tibetan counties have been growing from 2013 2019; (2) proportion with very low levels relative decreased significantly, overall spatial “high center surroundings”; (3) coupling-coordination level gradually improving initial antagonism, relative-poverty index shows a significant negative correlation coupling coordination (correlation coefficient −0.63); (4) area has strong explanatory power distribution regional transfer compared temperature, precipitation, elevation, slope. results study prove that cannot be directly used as an indicator factor when constructing multidimensional model and, instead, should use by region participate poverty-estimation models based on economic development.
